To ensure quicker, safer delivery we normally use Australia Post Express Post satchels to post up to 2.75 Kg - this allows for packaging & our normally overweight packs (we always give you more than the label states) Orders over 2.75 Kg are usually sent Registered Post. Being located near Albury/Wodonga on the NSW/Victorian border, we can offer a quick delivery time to both Melbourne & Sydney by Australia Post. (Registered Post requires a signature on delivery. If you are not home the parcel can be collected from your local Post office)
(Express Post satchels & Registered Post both provide a tracking number in the event of undelivered mail. Very useful in some rural areas)  Larger parcels can also be sent Express Post if required - Please ask for a price if you require this service before you use our checkout.

Our normal postage & handling charges are based on order value.    

  •        Orders to  $ 27.99 .... $12.50 postage

  •        $ 28.00 to $ 69.99 .... $18.50 postage             

  •        $ 70.00 to $109.99 ... $22.50 postage               

  •        $110.00 to $169.99... $32.50 postage

  •        $170.00 and up ........ $45.50 postage

Please contact us for freight/postage costs on all purchases over $350.00 or if you require delivery to
Western Australia, Northern Territory or Rural Queensland otherwise additional postage charges may apply.

 

Orders over 2.75 Kg are usually posted in a cardboard box. This method helps minimise any damage caused during transit. We recommend using this method if presentation is important. Please contact us prior to payment if your order is under 2.75 Kg and you wish us to post the goods in a cardboard box. (Extra postage charges may be applicable)

Please contact us if you require delivery other than by mail. We will gladly despatch your order using a courier or carrier of your choice. This sometimes is a cheaper option than mail, depending on the size of your order and your location.

These postal charges have been set up to satisfy the PayPal Shopping Cart software used to create the sales part of our website. We endeavour to charge the lowest postage charges that we can. Depending on the products contained in your order, postage, sometimes can be cheaper than quoted above. (We can post up to 2.75 Kg of confectionery - including packaging - for $10.50 in an Australian Post Express Post satchel. Please contact us at sales@ozcolour.com.au before completing the checkout process if the postage quoted doesn't appear correct for your order so that we can correct it. (PLEASE NOTE: We cannot change the postage charges if you do not contact us before completing the checkout process.)
